You agree not to: use automated scripts, bots, or cheating software to manipulate game outcomes; exploit vulnerabilities or bugs in our games; engage in harassment, hate speech, or bullying toward other users; post offensive, defamatory, or pornographic content; impersonate any person or entity; or interfere with the normal operation of BuzzNinja.xyz.

All content on BuzzNinja.xyz – including but not limited to games, graphics, logos, sounds, text, and software – is the exclusive property of BuzzNinja.xyz or its content providers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the platform for non-commercial purposes. Any unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.
5. User-Generated Content
You retain ownership of any posts, comments, or creative content you submit to BuzzNinja.xyz. However, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, and display such content in connection with our services. We are not responsible for the content or accuracy of user submissions and reserve the right to remove any content that violates our policies.
6. Tournaments, Challenges, and Rewards
BuzzNinja.xyz hosts various tournaments and daily challenges with rewards including virtual currency, exclusive badges, and real-world prizes. Each event has its own rules posted on the relevant page. Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash redemption value unless explicitly stated. We reserve the right to disqualify participants, modify competition formats, or cancel events without prior notice.
7. Virtual Currency and Purchases
We may offer virtual currency or premium memberships for purchase. All transactions are final and non-refundable except as required by law. Virtual currency has no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real currency. We reserve the right to adjust pricing, rewards, or virtual item availability at any time.
8. Disclaimers and Warranties
BuzzNinja.xyz and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure, nor do we guarantee that all games will be compatible with your device. Your use is at your sole risk.
9. Liability Limitations

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, excluding its conflict of law provisions. Any legal disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to BuzzNinja.xyz without notice if you breach any provision of these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease using the platform, and any virtual currency in your account may be forfeited.
